Asset Manager for Interprise Suite is a module designed to handle the details of physical assets with preferences for each asset providing an automated process for managing assets.
- Asset Categories - Support for 5 Different Categories
Assets are broken down into categories with sub categories and preferences for each :
Property – (Includes Property, Physical plant, Machinery)
Vehicles – Fleet and company vehicles
Office Equipment and Furniture – Office Furniture, Computers, Fixtures
User Defined Sub-Categories
Each Asset Category can have unlimited user defined sub-categories to meet specific requirements for different companies
- User Defined General Ledger Code Mapping
Each Asset Sub-Category can have different default General Ledger codes, which can be overridden for individual Assets where necessary
- Assets Groups and Location
Assets can be allocated by Location or Asset Group e.g. branch/store
- Preferences
Depreciation
Track depreciation for rented and leased assets as well as owned assets. Default depreciation settings exist for each category and subcategory with the ability to adjust for individual assets. Automated Wizards calculate asset depreciation based on user defined preferences.
Re-evaluation
Automated Wizards support asset re-evaluation based on preferences set on each Asset.
Disposal of Assets
Automatically dispose of an Asset by generating a Sales Invoice when an Asset is sold.
Additions to Assets
An addition to an Asset is when additional purchases or upgrades increase the value of an assets through its life. This also extends to additional components being added to Assets such as additional RAM on a computer or interchangeable parts including different scoops for a bulldozer.

Up to 50 Assets - $299
Unlimited Assets - $499
Pricing is a yearly fee including license, maintenance and upgrades.
