The need for a flexible and easily modifiable application was an understood goal of ours when designing Interprise Suite. The Interprise Suite System Manager was developed in a way that allows you to customize the application without requiring any programming skills.
Interprise Suite provides an extensive array of wizards to customize and maintain transaction variables to use throughout the system. When creating a new company database, a multitude of default data including complete country and currency details, more than 72,000 default postal codes for the US and account type templates suite for most industries and ownership types.
Set up Interprise Suite in any language, assign home currency and set country specific details such as tax, SSD Analysis, etc. Languages may be set up by user preferences enabling employees to log in to Interprise Suite and allow them work in an environment that is most convenient to them. The Interprise Suite application is designed to be a global and multicultural business solution, delivering all the tools that encompass that goal.
Interprise Suite provides industry-specific default information, which in turn can be infinitely modified to fit perfectly to your company needs.

Setting up new company information is no longer a lengthy or exhausting task. Interprise Suite’s New Company Wizard delivers the most comprehensive and fastest means to enter corporate details which also has considerably less steps than the setup methods of other applications. An abundance of default data is included, eliminating redundant, useless steps from the setup method. Import capability is provided to allow copying from existing records (such as an excel document) of major entities like customer, supplier and inventory items.

Data exported from other applications may be set up in an import template document that can be imported instantly and simultaneously to Interprise Suite. This eliminates a considerable amount of process time. Import templates include notes for importing records that you can simply remove from the template to use as the import file itself. No need to waste precious hours re-entering customer or inventory data.
Interprise Suite holds thousands of company files and a multitude of information that is used daily in every business task. With the maintenance forms provided in the System Manager set up, information is kept organized and available. The Data Dictionary is the powerful customization tool within Interprise Suite where administrators can modify the forms and fields to look and act according to unique business processes. The customization of tools in Interprise Suite are designed for easy and complete comprehension allowing you to maintain your organization’s distinctive requirements and needs.

The User Role allows you to restrict access to users, from the module level down to the field level. Almost every part of Interprise Suite can be restricted to certain users - e.g.you can restrict users to view the business intelligence dashboards, view or change the customer account information, view or change the information in the credit card number field, or use the void buttons. Administrator privileges in Interprise Suite lets you determine user roles so you can just implement a user role for a user to implement default access privileges.
