Interprise Suite now provides a fully integrated point-of-sale (POS) module delivering the ability to manage business operations conducted in the backend, web store and the retail stores. Designed for various retail and wholesale operations the InterpriseTouch POS can be configured to meet almost any business’s retail needs.
Integration allows you to setup items once in the back office for both your web store and point of sale operations. In Interprise Suite inventory items are setup only once.
The touch screen interface is very easy to use; a retail clerk can grasp the entire system in a matter of minutes. Processing a sale is no more than 3 steps using the built-in bar code scanning support.
CONFIGURABLE TOUCH SCREEN INTERFACE
The InterpriseTouch POS was designed from the ground up to provide a very easy to use interface. No mouse or keyboard is required, unless you want to add customer information at the time of the transaction. The screen can easily be modified to include only the functions that apply to your business. This helps in creating a very simple interface that will allow new employees to learn the system very quickly.
NEXT GENERATION TECHNOLOGY
InterpriseTouch POS was built using Microsoft Silverlight, which provides a rich Windows interface but is completely web based (or can also be installed internally on the local server). The Silverlight technology offers rich applications with no installation and runs on both Macs and Windows PC’s and offers an extremely rich user experience. The POS can be updated automatically when new versions become available, so any changes that you make the main system can be easily deployed to all the stations.
Using an advanced scripting technology the POS system can be completely customized to fit your business needs. Easily add screens to capture additional information, or change existing functionality using our InterpriseTouch programming front end which uses a C# and Java-like language syntax and is designed to be familiar to .NET and Java developers, or even adventurous non developers can easily learn it. In fact, the entire POS product was developed using the very same InterpriseTouch platform.
