An integral part of Interprise Suite, the Interprise Suite word processor is data aware allowing you to create merge documents faster and easier than what is possible in a separate stand alone system. Documents created in the word processor can easily be added to the template library allowing it to be shared throughout the enterprise.

The sophisticated email writer sends attachments and embeds pictures directly inside the email equivalent to the best selling email clients. To ensure compatibility with older email clients, emails can be sent as plain text or HTML. As users move between different computers, they still have access to their entire email history.
