A month end routine wizard is provided to help the person responsible to do the tasks he/she expects to accomplish at the end of an accounting period.

The process month end wizard includes options to process pending recurring transactions, reevaluate stock and multi-currency transactions, post transactions, and print reports before finally closing the period.
If it is the year end, the system automatically will prompt the event and make the necessary adjustments.

For example, you can view statements containing daily, weekly, monthly, or annual figures and even compare business performance data from previous periods.

Experience the freedom to change or create new filters with ease, by utilizing the custom filter tool. Managing these user-configured filters is as easy as creating them. Unneeded filter criteria can be removed through the Filter Collection Form, which allows you to streamline your financial statements even more.

Monitor your company's income and how it is being spent by generating your cash flow statement, now available in Interprise Suite 6.0. With this new feature in Interprise Suite, your accountants also have the ability to build their own cash flow statement format, aside from the default cash flow report provided. Interprise Suite takes your operating activities, investing activities and financing activities to create your company cash flow report.

Instead of manually plugging in account codes for your financial statements, Interprise Suite 6.0 brings the ability to auto generate financial statements using the new ‘Auto Generate Financial Statement Button.

Newly created account codes are automatically included in the financial layout, via the new Auto Generate Financial Statement button. This feature allows newly added account codes to be saved to financial statement reports, making it easy to save account code changes and additions.

Account codes that are imported, via Interprise Suite Import Wizard can also be automatically added to the financial layout and auto generated into other financial statements.

Review, analyze and print your accounts from the generated financial layouts instantly with this new feature and automatically update your chart of accounts that have last minute additions.

Interprise Suite 6.0 now offers tax translation - a sophisticated way to manage different tax codes.

With our new Tax Translation feature, we have provided the ability to change and customize tax codes as needed, via tax override capability. This maintains accuracy in all of your sales orders that may have special tax requirements.
