MULTIPLE CONTACT LOGIN

Interprise Suite eCommerce provides the convenience of having multiple contact logins. This is ideal for B2B eCommerce since it allows a single company to give each of their buyers a unique user name and password. This not only provides an audit trail of the buyer that made a given purchase, but also allows you disable an individual contact should the buyer leave the company.

Within Interprise Suite 6.0, a number of enhancements were made to this feature to better manage contacts across multiple websites, as well as the ability to automatically reset passwords if needed. With the contact information as a basis for signing in, this feature will make it easier for you to keep track of every transaction - from purchases and order billing history down to the very details made by other contacts. Another great aspect of this feature is that the main contact can view and have full control of all the transactions made by other contacts.
